This Terms of Service and Client Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Astro Destiny LLC (“Astrologer,” “we,” “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you”).By booking, purchasing, or participating in any astrology session, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement
2. Nature of Services (Entertainment Disclaimer)
All astrology services, including readings, consultations, and reports, are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Astrology is subjective interpretive practice. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, outcomes, or results.
3. No Professional Advice
Services do not constitute:
● Medical advice
● Legal advice
● Financial or investment advice
● Psychological or mental health counseling
You agree to seek licensed professionals where appropriate.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Booking & Payment
● All sessions must be booked in advance
● Full payment is required at the time of booking
● Prices are listed in USD

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.
6. Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
● 24+ hours notice: eligible for rescheduling or refund
● Less than 24 hours: non-refundable
● No-shows: non-refundable
Refunds, if granted, are issued to the original payment method.
7. Session Conduct
You agree to behave respectfully. We may terminate sessions without refund for inappropriate or abusive conduct.
Recording is not permitted without prior written consent.

16. Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver
(a) Binding Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in California.
(b) Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and waive any right to participate in class or collective actions.
(c) Jury Trial Waiver
You waive the right to a jury trial.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
